About Jim

Jim Averbeck has eaten termites in the rainforest of Cameroon, drunk cobra wine while drifting down the Li River in Guangxi Province, and chased the moon’s shadow across Libya, China, and North America. He finally settled in the Rocky Mountains, eight miles west of the Great Divide, with his husband, dog, and the occasional herd of wild elk.
